yoga for everyone

                   First I start with a small example - Ask your grandpa/ grandmother or any of your old friends to read a newspaper under artificial light of any voltage and ask their view, then ask them to read under natural sunlight the difference can be expressed by them.

                   Artificial knowledge of using techniques increasing IQ is easy. But what about natural means naturally every human is having a power of thinking, this can be used in several means. Controlling thoughts and ideas of your mind is difficult this can be overcome by a simple technique of yoga.


              Yoga for all




            Yoga which means to join/to add. In simple words yoga means Connection of body + mind + spirit.

             Yoga differs and it has many forms
 for example - Guna yoga means " Contact with a cord"
                      Chakra-yoga means " for medical sense"
 
               The number of yoga forms are Infinite it can change according to traditions/ religions/ customs.

             Yoga is a physical, mental and spiritual practice. All Hindu religious practices related to yoga have specialized practices, schools and goals. The major surviving texts of yoga are "Patanjali Yoga sutras".
Yoga is one of the six major Orthodox schools of Hinduism.

             Yoga came to the attention of educated public in the mid-19 century in view of work by N.C.Paul and by Indian teachers spread yoga to the western world such as swami Vivekananda.

           Kaivalyadhama Health and Yoga Research Center started in early 20th century as The study of yoga as a science.


           In the modern world, yoga means asanas form of exercise to be healthy. But it is not the only means of yoga.Yoga is all for attaining physical, mental and spiritual alertness.

          Physical alertness


Asanas of different kinds which enhance your body functions. You can practice it and be away from hospitals. The willingness of practicing yoga increase your health also. If you want, you can refer to medical results of yoga. Every asana has a preferred shape, where your body results in extraordinary ways. Every asana has its own result.
                     Be alert that if you are beginner start it before yoga masters or else your muscles will pain a lot.After getting sufficient training, you can do by your own. Many arts originated from yoga and it related sciences as a famous
Martial arts is an example. I don't have much experience in asanas so you can refer to any asana that guides you. But interested in doing yoga mudras which help in controlling our mind.

           Mental alertness


  1. Yoga starts with taking a position. whatever might be the position you choose you should feel comfort in   that. 
  2. For doing yoga, you should be clean from inside and outside also. Choose a place where nobody disturbs you.
  3. Close your eyes slowly by closing your eyes the internal energy of your thinking starts and our visual world expands inside your mind.
  4. Do not just sit alike you should concentrate on your respiration process how air is coming into your body and how it is leaving.
  5. Then start discarding everything from your mind it includes your fear, your visual world, your desires and all which are disturbing you.
  6. Enter a calm state where you can feel all of your energy moving inside your body when you attain a calm state your air intake reduces and your feel is non-explainable.
  7. Practice it you can feel the change. Increase time and you will be free from many external pressures.
  8. Practicing it regularly you will attain a state where u can hear the inner voice of your heart. The ultimate state where you can question your heart it will respond to your question.
  9. Feel free to accept yoga It will change you completely yes, you can win silence. Confused, Let me explain you silence is the only weapon in this world where you will turn mad if you are not communicating with anybody.
  10. Psychological treatments are followed by using yoga.
  11. If you practice it regularly one day you will feel the soul in you which know everything from your childhood to till now. It's not your mind which relaxes when you are in sleep your power is the ultimate guru to teach everything, learn everything, feel everything. 

           Spiritual alertness

   
                    I don't want to explain why yoga is practiced in religious customs and all because somebody might hurt.

           Yoga can be practiced  by all human beings irrespective of differences because it will enhance your physical and mental strength free from all external pressures.

             So, practice it and feel the change in you.
